WORST experience with lactation nurse COURTNEY:
On a less positive note, we did have a difficult experience with one of the lactation nurses, Courtney. Unfortunately, her approach felt dismissive and lacked the empathy and encouragement that are so important during such a sensitive time. She never explained any techniques for latching. She always wants to leave.

So hospitable! I like the beeper and the family iupdates very much! The nurses and doctors were AWESOME! We love Dr Gaona from the first visit to his office. He has been reassuring, making it so much easier going into the surgery.
