Dr Lam Le was friendly and very professional.
Made me feel valued as a patient
The team was great
Everything went very smooth from arrival till after surgery! Nurses were great and really did a great job of taking care of me! Very appreciative of them and the entire staff there!
Everything went on schedule and thoroughly. I appreciate all of you ❤️
Very convenient and caring.
All the doctors and nurses in delivery, post partum, and nursery that we interacted with were wonderful. Uzi especially - she was our delivery nurse and she was amazing - patient, kind, compassionate. She also came by post partum on her second shift to check in on me and my daughter.
Beautiful clean bright environment throughout and awesome, caring professionals.
Friendly service
Wait time between X-rays and results
Amazing service that made me feel very comfortable
Clean, friendly, efficient
This is first time over ever not be able to feel the IV in my hand the staff was nice and professional very kind to me they were very responsive to my needs
The place is nice and clean. Nurses, attendants were all very nice.
The feeling of being cared for and the feeling of actually having someone hear your concerns and not dismiss your concerns. Everyone was extremely kind I want to personally think Donyal Scott, Walter, Catherine, Kristen Tanner, and Dr. West, as well as the young lady at the front admissions desk, who checked me in. The entire experience felt very close and pleasant.
Friendly staff and professional.
Everything
I was asked what pharmacy I use, then was ignored, and the nurse chose another pharmacy. They made their selected pharmacy sound important by stating that it was open during the early morning hours when they were in the hospital. Upon discharge, they said I could pick up my prescription later, so now that it doesn't sound pressing to pick it up right away, I asked if I could have it changed to my preferred pharmacy, and the nurse again said it doesn't matter. This may not affect the hospital or staff, but it matters to the patient.
Another thing I was not happy with was the way the plastic needle was removed from my arm. I am not afraid of needles, though I was not happy that the needle was removed like they were snapping beans, asparagus. It was removed by bending it out. I saw the item bent into a 90-degree angle til the plastic 'popped' out in a quick movement. I rarely bruise, and I did get a bruise from this.
The same male nurse did both of these.
Nursing staff was amazing and facilities felt nice and spacious.
the waiting room was great for my wife. The staff was excellent and made extra effort to made the best of my situation.
Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
Comfortable surroundings and caring staff.
Fast and comprehensive
. Better communication in notifying patients of surgery delay - spent a total of 12 hours for a day surgery
. Consistent friendly nurses - 1/3 of my nurses was helpful and kind
. A follow up from the anesthesiologist would have been nice when the nurse reached out about a concern that it took over 3 hours to wake up after surgery - never received communication
. Being environmentally conscious by offering biodegradable utensils, cups, and paper goods in the cafeteria and how you provide water to your patients - omit styrofoam and knowing the health risks
. Receiving a follow up after surgery would have been nice
In the same building as I work
From the first moment we walked in the door to walking out we could have received better attention and care. Every employee from the doctor to the support staff could not have been more attentive and focused on my care.
I had incredible service and care from start to finish. My RNs were fantastic, I felt completely taken care of. It was the best medical experience I’ve had.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Labor and delivery staff was phenomenal and absolutely loved all the nursery staff!
My negative review is based on the postpartum department. It was my second time delivering at this hospital and my experience with postpartum staff was terrible this time. The only nurse that was helpful in postpartum was Leslie! My bad experience started on 12/15 around 6am when I called for help to use the restroom. Sarah (tall/ brown hair/white) came into my room and proceeded to rudely explain to me that I need to start getting up by myself and prove I am able to take care of my baby when I get home. It had not even been 24 hours since I delivered my baby and she pretty much dismissed my needs and walked out of the room. Before she walked out she said ya you need to be able to get up by yourself and use the bathroom or ask your husband for help. Then she said “so you got this right” and then she walked out of the room without even lending me a hand to get up from the bed. Someone with such a horrible attitude treating a mother who is freshly postpartum should not be working at any hospital. I was super emotional after she left and shocked someone would treat a patient this way. If she had not been so rude I would have explained to her that the only time my nurse (Priscilla) helped me was the first urine output. I did not want to call her every time to use the bathroom since she is pregnant so my husband helped me the entire time. He was asleep when I had called for help to use the restroom. I’m not sure if it was because I was a second time mom, but the nurses barely checked on me this time around. I hope this department gets better in the future, but for now I would not recommend this hospital due to the after care I received this time around. I know I am not the only one since I was talking to a friend who delivered here a few weeks ago & had a negative experience with postpartum too.
I do want to shoutout Rachel in labor and delivery who was just the sweetest & cares about her patients. And Leslie from nursery was the absolute best! You can tell she loves her job & patients!
