The doctor had nice bedside manners and all of the staff cordial.
We had a very smooth and positive experience from Labor & Delivery to Postpartum at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco. The care we received throughout was exceptional.
However, we did encounter some confusion with the induction scheduling process. Communication with the scheduler (Diane/Diana) was unclear, and we would have appreciated knowing our check-in time at least 48 hours in advance. I had to call multiple times and leave voicemails the day before to get a response. When we finally connected, the explanation was helpful but came across as somewhat curt, which added stress during an already anxious time.
That said, once we arrived at Labor & Delivery, our experience improved significantly. Nurses AnnaClaire, Annabelle, and especially Christina were incredibly kind, professional, and patient. They explained every step of the process thoroughly, which helped me feel at ease and well cared for. Dr. Bradley provided a seamless experience — she is so kind, attentive, and skilled. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family.
The Postpartum and Nursery teams were also outstanding — very detail-oriented and attentive. Even the food exceeded our expectations!
We would definitely choose Baylor Scott & White at Frisco again for future deliveries. Thank you to the amazing team for making such a special experience even better.
The kindness and consideration I received from the front desk/check-in team and the nurses and doctors was amazing and greatly appreciated! They got me checked-in, diagnosed, and medicine prescribed in a timely and efficient manner. Great people and great care!

Dr. Bond and his team took very good care of me when I had the stomach flu. He was knowledgeable and professional, and my nurse was very loving and caring. This is the only ER I go when I have an emergency.
