I would have given you a 10 but I am 83 and did not enjoy standing at the front desk in lobby for what seemed like forever to complete registration. Other hospitals take you into a small office where you can be seated to go through the long process. And it was a very long process considering I had pre-registered by telephone. Thanks for listening.
