This facility is very efficient, clean, everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. All departments worked well together and I was in and out in a short time.

The medical team offered good customer service and kept checking on me. I especially liked Nurse Jamie, I don’t like hospitals and I’m scared of needles but she was very caring and got to know me as a person and not just another patient.

There was not too much care for the new born mommy. Even after requesting for help they told us that they dont have enough staff to help pls take care of urself. Barely had help for lactation as well.
Everyone there, from the check in staff to the nurses are AMAZING!

I always like coming to this ER even when I’m in a lot of pain. I knew right from the beginning I had a bad kidney stone as I have had in the past. This time the pain was the same but it wasn’t a kidney stone and instead it was bulged discs in my back! They ignored the fact that I was still dead set on treating it as a kidney stone and treated my pain similarly. It may not seem like a lot but that goes a long way treating someone like a person and a patient.

My overall experience at Baylor Scott & white, Frisco was really great. Especially the nurses have taken very good care of me during the labour process.
I felt like no one was compassionate except for the women at the front desk and the CT tech. Everyone else was short and didn't seem to care how much pain I was in.
