Very welcoming and clean facility. Staff was helpful and friendly, all seemed to enjoy working there. I had to wait over an hour before being called back for my procedure, but it was a pleasant place to wait.
Very clean, professional and no long wait🥰 I was out within 20 minutes!!! The entire staff was amazing!!!
Quick response and professionalism
They called me and telling me if I didn't pay my deductible before hand , they were gonna refuse me for surgery. It seems all they are worried about is money.
Everyone I met at Baylor Scott And White was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable
I miscarried and didn’t feel compassion from anyone. It was my first pregnancy and I was broken. Not even an “I’m sorry” as I’m crying in everyone’s face while they talk to me and ask me to sign papers and answer questions. It’s okay to be a little personable. I won’t be coming back in the future unless completely necessary.

Every person in charge of my care while I gave birth to my first born was AMAZING! I can’t recommend this facility enough! Uzi is the most wonderful labor and delivery nurse along with Anna. Ani and Suzanne helped take care of my son and they are the best. Maricar, Olivia and Michelle took care of me and were so patient with me in postpartum. Thank you all for making my experience top notch!
