Great visit
I went into the ER because I did not feel well, they did flu covid check told them My symptoms guess that's all they check there for and send you away , Next day went to different Hospital ER and was admitted for 4 days with sepsis greatly appreciated been admitted that may have saved my life.
Nursing services are too good
Not having to wait to be seen by a doctor. I am in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Baylor Scott and White emergency services! Thanks to all the staff.

People were helpful and efficient. Wait time was excellent. Doctors, nurses and radiologist were knowledgeable and took time to explain my issue and prescribed medication.

Friendly, compassionate, friendly and efficient
I would recommend Baylor Scott & White in Frisco to anyone! As someone who was terrified about labor, the nurses and staff made me feel so comfortable and ended up having such a positive birth experience!! I will have every future baby at this hospital without a doubt!
It was a beautiful building and everyone there was wonderful! The nurses who got me ready for surgery were helpful, kind, funny, and gentle. I was asleep for the surgery, so I dont recall that, but when I woke up, things were great!

I loved my nurses!
The labor & delivery nurses were exceptional. Nurse Dawn was absolutely delightful and knowledgeable. The doctor who did my exam upon arrival was very kind as this was my first delivery and I was not unsure what to expect.
I arrived at 7:30 AM and did not proceed with my procedure until after 9 AM. I would like to emphasize that the overall experience was exceptionally positive. The staff members exhibited a high level of professionalism and attentiveness, consistently offering assistance with a courteous demeanor. Their vigilant nature ensured that my requirements were addressed in a timely manner. What was particularly commendable was their outstanding bedside manner; they approached each interaction with genuine warmth and compassion, which significantly contributed to my comfort during the visit.

Although it’s definitely no fun to find yourself in a hospital emergency room, I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. I went in feeling very ill and everyone I interacted with showed such care and concern. From the reception to the nurse to the ER physician to the radiology staff, everyone was top notch. My issues were quickly tested and diagnosed and treatment began immediately upon diagnosis. A day later I feel like a different person. I hope I never need the ER again but if I do (or if anyone I know does), this is where I’ll go. They are the best!
Literally everyone was SO KIND and SO PROFESSIONAL from the minute I walked in the door to when I left with the exception of one person. The intake ladies were phenomenal and fast! Triage(2 ladies that had their grove down and executed my assessment perfectly)was just as fast, thorough and very kind. Paul was my nurse and was beyond nurse of the year! Seriously give that man a raise!!! He educated me(he didn’t know I was a nurse lol) perfectly and even involved my 16 year old daughter in my care who is my emergency contact. He’s an inspiration to patients and nurses alike! Thank you Paul!! The only concern I have is with Dr. Kara, her bedside manner was professional and kind. My issue was before she started examining me, she didn’t tell me that she was going to press firmly where my 15/10 pain was. She should have said hey I’m going to assess your abdomen now and I have to examine it by touch so it might be uncomfortable. Nope! She just started pressing hard!!!!! Additionally after she aggravated my painful area(appendix) she then wanted me to lean forward to listen to my lung but instead of voicing that she took 2 fingers and just started pushing my shoulder forward until it hurt enough and I figured out what she wanted me to do. Unacceptable. If I would have been in my right senses and not in so much pain I would have given her a piece of my mind. Dr Kara also never said “hey do you want something for pain” instead she ordered zofran and Pepcid. I didn’t complain because I didn’t go for pain meds, I went to make sure I didn’t have a blockage. I walked out of the er still in pain which was never addressed. Looking back, she should have offered once her non-narc intervention didn’t work, I would have declined because I’m hard headed. She did not tamper my visit there though honestly because the rest of your rockstar staff are diamonds in my eyes!!!! Kudos to that team!!!!
