This is the second baby I have delivered here. This stay exceeded our expectations. Every nurse was wonderful. The lactation consultant was very helpful. The hospitalist pediatrician was great. Our favorite person from our stay was Sonia, from nutrition! She was so kind, helpful, and we enjoyed chatting with her 3-5x/day when she would come in and take our orders and the r remove the trays. She is an absolute gem and the hospital needs to make sure she stays!!

I had the most wonderful care during my labor and delivery at Baylor this past week. The nurses were angels on earth! They were so kind and accommodating and knew exactly what I wanted / needed without having to even ask. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother delivery! Special thanks to nurse Rachel who helped deliver my baby.
As always and efficient and great staff! I have been here several times and it is the best urgent care in the area.

My husband took me there this past Friday night, because it was close to our house.
I was experiencing dizziness, sweating, faint, and had a heartbeat rate of 190. (I had just had an Ablation procedure for AFIB 2 weeks ago, and it seemed like my AFIB had returned.0 The ER was quick to check me out, do an x-ray and let me stay until they were sure I would be okay going home. The admitting doctor asked me what I wanted him to do? I jokingly said "Fix me!" He then said, I can't help you at this ER. My husband said, well then, we can just leave! The doctor said don't go by what I say...YOU need to decide if you want to go home or not. It's your choice. We had no idea what he meant???
Needless to say...the nurse, admittance office and another release Doctor was very friendly and we went home a few hours later.

I’ve been around the world many times, and hospitals in different countries are not the same as BS&W. I think it’s one of the best hospital systems in the country. Think you from all the different services you provide to the public.

We are deeply thankful to the entire team at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Frisco for the outstanding care they provided during the birth of our first child. From admission to delivery, every staff member made us feel supported, informed, and cared for.
There were some complications during the removal of the epidural catheter, but the medical team responded immediately and handled the situation with impressive professionalism and expertise. Their swift and calm response reassured us during what could have been a stressful moment.
We’re especially grateful for the compassion and attentiveness shown throughout our stay. Thank you for making such an important moment in our lives safe and memorable. We couldn’t have asked for better care.

From Labor & Delivery to Postpartum - it was such a seamless, pleasant experience for a first time mom and dad. The physicians, nurses, in room dining attendants, and all other employees were so kind.
A few times I contacted BSW Frisco about the submitting all the paperwork to the insurance company after the delivery. We need it in order to proceed to the next surgery, to account for the out-of-pocket max properly. BSW Frisco is not responsive to our requests.
We thought the ER was excellent and really appreciated the care.

The healthcare received is above any expectations! The nurse Marqueza from labor and delivery was the best nurse I have ever had. She was extremely attentive and supportive. Having someone like her helping you through moments when you’re feeling overwhelmed, overcome and stressed is a blessing.
