Very well organized, from the front desk to the nurses.
Your people who are to set up the procedures are two months behind. The people who are suppose to call you from the hospital to set up your chart after I repeatedly called for someone in your hospital to call only to be told repeatly that they are busy. Once I got into my procedure they are top notch. But it took from March to May to get the procedure set up. The receptionist where I first came in the hospital was very very good. The nurses in the procedure were wonderful.
