I received excellent service.
Professional, courteous service
By far the best hospital staff ever they take very good care of you. Would highly recommend this Hospital Thank you for taking care of me.
What a beautiful hospital, filled with people who really love what they do there! From my (incredible) surgeon, Dr. Kenny Carter, to the lovely people who greeted me upon my entry to the facility, each person was welcoming and friendly. Each was helpful and kind; and I knew that I would be well taken care of.
Thank you! I highly recommend BSW Frisco!
Close to home, not crowded, able to be seen quickly
Friendly staff. Nurses and doctors explained everything thoroughly. I also appreciated the follow-up call the next day from a nurse.
The nurse was not very personable or nice. The PA seemed very rushed to get me out of there and didn’t have the best bedside manner. He gave me a lot of information really fast and wasn’t in the mood to converse with me what was wrong with me. The nurse and PA remind me of health care providers that pass things off as anxiety or “everything is perfectly fine” leaving so many people undiagnosed for so long. It felt like medical gaslighting.
The nursing staff were so competent and knowledgeable. They made you feel at home and as comfortable as possible.
We loved the nursery services.
Very efficient, attentive & a good feeling people really care about their performance.
My entire experience at your hospital was positive. Lovely facility, friendly, efficient staff. This was my third surgery at this hospital.
Fast
Clean hospital with an out standing reputation
Very clean atmosphere. The staff is very attentantive and good at their jobs.
Everyone was very nice. Facility was clean and not too crowded. Checkin was efficient.
Nice staff and clean environment.
On time, kind.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful
Everything
Very professional
Nursing staff in DSU was great, especially Amy S. Everyone was kind and pleasant. My major complaint was as my room curtain was closed as I was disrobing for my colonoscopy, the chaplain pulled the curtain open and barged in to introduce himself--so inappropriate! My nurse was also shocked by his boldness, no holler out, no knock, nothing. Just pulled the curtain back and came in, truly shocking.
Everyone is so kind and professional.
Overall experience was good, but I have mixed feelings about baby’s nurses as one of them (who worked the second baby’s night) was so strict to me and after birth it felt times more sensitive. Even after 1.5 months I think her manner was too strict.
My room was close to the nurses station and I couldn’t have a normal sleep because of their laughter. The room didn’t have enough fresh air and the sleeping place for my spouse was minimalistic.
Lady from Ears and Hearing came to check baby’s hearing and she didn’t tell us that she was from another company and not from the hospital at first, she gave me docs for signing only after she did her stuff. And only in the end I found out that she was not included to my insurance and she was extra pay. If knew this I won’t use her services for sure.
Other things were great, especially the food and the nurses who took care of me.
Great nurses and doctors
Give proper instructions to the person who picked me up. There was no verbal information given. Just put me in a car and said goodbye
no proper diagnosis and no proper help - gave the same tylenol inspite of saying it didn’t work from last 5 days. Doctor didn’t speak to in detail to understand my situation, at the most she was there for a minute couple of times. Nurse walked away while i was detailing my problem so disrespectful and how can someone treat a sick person like that. never coming back here and never recommending to anyone
Only reason i went there was it’s was connected to main baylor but it was not and they could pull out my medical history
Great service and attention to details.
Friendly
Doctor was rude and started talking to me about problems he has with other sickle cell patients
Pointed out the fact that ove been in the er for rhe same thing — I assumed a doctor would understand that someone with a chronic pain disorder would be come to the emergency room for the same type of treatment I felt very unsafe I was being questioned as if my pain wasnt really and I was seeking for pain pills this is a very dangerous doctor for a patient with sickle cell to deal with I was being accosed with words while in pain I had to advocate for myself while in excruciating pain appreaciate the nurse that treated me as his compassion is the only reason I dont want to escalate things. I hope the doctor that treated me that day gains some bedside decorum I dont think I will be returning to this hospital er

From check-in and registration, admission and overall care was fantastic. I was treated kindly and keep informed each step of the process. I would recommend Baylor to friends and family.
