From the front desk check-in process to the entire staff during my recent procedure everyone was extremely pleasant, accommodating and proficient in their job. They all appeared to take their job seriously, enjoy where they are working and the people they work beside.

The nurses the doctors everyone was amazing. They truly care about their patients. I work in the healthcare field myself as a pharmacist and delivered my first baby at Baylor in frisco and the whole experience made my labor and delivery easy . The nurses, the doctors and every staff was caring, and they delivered the best patient care service anyone could ask for. I am so grateful. I appreciate everyone .

Exceptional customer service, from check in at the reception desk through my procedure and discharge. Cannot speak highly enough to the quality of service I received.
Insisted on copayment even though I explained I needed itemized statement for reimbursement which is not a problem for other hospitals I deal with. I'm on a fixed income and I'm sure your hospital is in a better financial position than I am. Normally my copayment is paid within a week after receiving an itemized statement from the provider.
All staff we encountered were kind and courteous.
