The staff members were all amazing! From the reception desk to the nurses and the doctors. Friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Every single person that took care of our visit from start to finish was polite and professional. Very caring very nice experience!
Staff was really good, took care of patient and baby well, overall good experience. Only issue I found there is temperature inside postpartum room, it’s either too hot or too cold. And nursery was really good option to make both baby and parents happy having some space. One issue I had is though we mentioned no pacifier, we found once it was given and umbilical cord was cut short before we tell them we want to keep it, nor they asked. Otherwise everything went well and had a pleasant stay.

Everyone was very friendly and nice. My wife and I are elderly and it was very hard for her to follow me around from location to location on a walker. The long hallways were very hard for her.

The service was amazing. All staff were friendly and very prompt with taking care of everything that the provider ordered. This was the smoothest trip I’ve had to the ER. Not that I make it a habit to go to the ER. If I had another emergency, I would definitely go to Baylor Scott and White Frisco. Thank you.
Doctor and nurse both are too cooperative..food is very good..extra star for hospital nurse.

I was happy with the check in process, but after explaining my issue with the nurse, the doctor came in and ask me what I was there for. It is hard enough when you have an issue to have to go through it once, but to have to repeat it, many things fall through the crack. That would be my only complaint.
Everyone Working at Your Hospital is and was Wonderful to Me. I had a Mojor Surgery performed there a Total Hip Replacement. Which is Very Hard to Get Through on my own. Thank Yoy All So Much!!!!
First time coming and I was seen quickly. Multiple staff helped evaluate and inform me. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if so, I'll definitely come to this location.
I wasn’t helped. Because it wasn’t happening at that moment my situation wasn’t important. I waited a long time just to get a nose clamp and no real look into my situation. I actually ended up going back to the emergency room at a different hospital the week after because it didn’t help and was bleeding worse. So don’t write a situation off just because it seems small to you or not happening to your patients right now.
All of the medical professionals and staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided relevant instructions on what to do, where to be, and what to expect. Just simply, excellent service!
The facility was clean and welcoming. ALL of the staff personnel were REALLY nice and kind. It made the procedure a lot less intimidating.
