I was in the state of shock when I arrived at the ER. And the doctor brushed me off and did not even test me for head injuries or look at my neck or anything. Worse experience ever.

I was quicky seen,assessed, and treated. The nurse was kind and caring and funny. The Dr. was efficient and caring. I was home in less than 2 hrs due to the type of care I needed.

Overall, I had a great experience at BS&W ER in Frisco. I'd like to pay a special compliment to the nursing staff, especially Jessica, who was so caring, empathetic, and respectful during my visit. I was a little embarrassed during my visit, as my symptoms ultimately resulted in a false alarm, but Jessica reassured me I made the correct decision coming in, eased my mind, and preserved my dignity. I saw two doctors during my visit. Dr. Lee was very direct, but his bedside manner was professional and respectful and I appreciated his approach. I was not impressed by Dr. Dryden, who provided my final diagnosis. Dr. Dryden came in quickly and barely introduced himself before rattling off all of my negative test results, after which making an off-handed remark, "We all think you're faking it." I assume he read my body language after his comment and assured me he was joking, but I didn't appreciate this approach. Ultimately, he made me feel ashamed for visiting. I'll still visit BS&W in Frisco if needed, but I might think twice about using their ER in an emergency. The fact remains though, Jessica is AWESOME!

Here as per my experience I am very unhappy and depressed. When I went to labour my water doesn’t broken at home but they said it has already broken 18 hours ago again infection will occur so that we need to do c - section . I have confirmed with doctor she said water dis not broken . They are trying to do lots of c section surgery compare to normal
