Very efficient with little wait time to see the doctor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the main reception desk to the imaging check in desk to the nurses attending me throughout my stay. There is a reason that I only gave my stay a 9 --- not a 10 --- if there is another section to complete.
Dr Kellen and his surgical staff was awesome. Great bedside manner and knew what to say to make people feel comfortable because having any procedure abs getting put ti sleep makes people nervous. Greatful for everyone at Baylor
The check-in process needs improvement. There were two people working and both were helping someone so I stood to the side to wait. Security came up and handed me a pager and said it would let me know when it was my turn. I then watched several other people walk in and get helped while those of us with pagers were still waiting. They then called the pagers out of order so more recent arrivals were helped before people who had been waiting longer.
