I work in the healthcare field myself as a pharmacist and delivered my first baby at Baylor in frisco and the whole experience made my labor and delivery easy . The nurses, the doctors and every staff was caring, and they delivered the best patient care service anyone could ask for. I am so grateful. I appreciate everyone .

Exceptional customer service, from check in at the reception desk through my procedure and discharge. Cannot speak highly enough to the quality of service I received.
Insisted on copayment even though I explained I needed itemized statement for reimbursement which is not a problem for other hospitals I deal with. I'm on a fixed income and I'm sure your hospital is in a better financial position than I am. Normally my copayment is paid within a week after receiving an itemized statement from the provider.
All staff we encountered were kind and courteous.
I came in with a heart problem and they did not tell me there was a heart specialist hospital just down the road. I ended up going to the Baylor Scott Heat hospital in Plano that afternoon, because I did not feel comfortable with the treatment I received.
