Quick. Check in staff, nurses, doctor all ver nice. In and out at a reasonable time.
The inspection was very reassuring.
Everyone was courteous and welcoming, which helped me to feel calm and at ease when i came into the facility on the day of my surgery.

I was surprised to find out they weren’t linked with the BSW in McKinney and don’t use the same portal.
It's very through and precise. They treat you like a patient and not a number. .They are always willing to help you and very knowledgeable about there diagnosis and treatment and care.

I came to the ER in severe pain. After I explained my issue to staff members, I felt the dr that was on duty walked in with an attitude or maybe thats just his temperment i dont know. However , i did not like his energy and he was not helpful. I was given a shot to help with pain and it did absolutely nothing.
I feel like I wasted my time and I am very disappointed.

Great facility but the kind people make it a trusted Baylor hospital. From the start of the day until I left for home a few hours later the Doctors, Anesthesiologist, Nurses, and Aides were knowledgeable and supportive.
Staff was incredible and overall well pleased with everything and everyone who was part of my labor and delivery of my daughter!

Everything! I felt so special and cared for from every member of the team. They were always ready to help with a smile and extremely kind words of encouragement! My labor and delivery (Anna and Anna!) and post partum nurses (Tammy, Devin, Ashleigh, Allie) my baby’s nurses (Shy, Morgan, Leslie, Jenny) and the lactation team (Caitlynn, Haley and Shannon) were absolutely amazing (sorry if I forgot some of the names). My husband and I loved every second of our experience and stay during such a complex and challenging transition into motherhood.
The entire L&D and Postpartum units were absolutely phenomenal! Everyone was so kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful with both myself and our new baby. We truly enjoyed everyone that we met during our stay and would highly recommend Baylor Scott & White to anyone looking for a great care team for welcoming a new baby into the world!
