Front desk staff, Nurses, and Physician all very nice. Billy RN very thorough with test results and discharge instructions.
The front desk staff were amazing as always but this is my second horrible experience with Dr. Dryden and he is the worst possible doctor that I have come across at this hospital. Moving forward, if I know that he is the only doctor on site beforehand, I will go to another hospital just to avoid him!
Very friendly and helpful staff..facility is super nice
Labor & delivery was a great floor to be on. However the postpartum floor needs to be reevaluated... I wouldn't recommend solely based on our postpartum care

Staff was outstanding
I did not receive a pre-registration call from the hospital, but was asked if I did when I arrived.
I did receive a call from the anesthesiologist. It would be nice if the spouse or person who accompanies the patient would be allowed back to the room immediately to help the patient get ready for surgery. My husband was not allowed back and then he was told my surgery was over and taken to recovery and I had not even been taken back to surgery yet. It left us feeling a little anxious in that things were not very well organized. My husband had just had the same procedure at BSW Mckinney and it was much better run. The nurses at Frisco felt rushed to me.

The front desk made checking in very efficient and pleasant. I was in pre-op in no time and my nurses were incredible. The guys in the operating room were kind and treated me with dignity. The post-op nurses were as always terrific and I was on my way in no time~

The doctor was great! He explained.this so we understood them. He gave direction on how to proceed from here, things we should or shouldn't do.
Good care taken by all the staff members. Especially Anna from labor and delivery. She was there every minute and helped me all possible ways. I am so happy that I have chosen baylors Scott hospital, very good care taken by postpartum nurse, nursery as well.

Everybody was great during my visit
Everything from the LDR to postpartum care. Everyone treated me and my baby so well that i felt very ease at pain. Also taught me so many things about the postpartum care and also how to care for my newborn baby. Very grateful for the entire team.
I was completely satisfied with every aspect of my experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional attentiveness, patience, and kindness, thoroughly addressing all my questions and concerns. Their professionalism and genuine care were outstanding. This facility provided the highest level of care, and I felt genuinely valued as a patient. I will enthusiastically recommend Baylor Scott & White Frisco to my friends and family.
Employees
The registration employees were not patient focused. The employee started to take my information but was suddenly distracted by another employee coffee and started a conversation with that employee. It was the oddest interaction I’ve ever had. I was trying to get checked in for surgery and a latte type was so much more important.
Thankfully the nurse who got me ready for surgery was attentive, made sure I understood what he was doing and what to expect. The anesthesiologist was also professional and explained what was to happen and expectations during surgery.
My surgeon was great but I had already gotten many referrals from friends about him.
This may not be someone’s fault but I was not improved and went to ER about 30 hours later.
I don’t blame clinic.
