Inviting, kind, professional, impressed how the checking in got done quickly and employees worked as a team.
Upstairs nurses were kind and patient teaching/ showing other workers how to do things in a polite professional way.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

All of the stuff was great except the E.R room doctor Arai , David A. He was rude and arrogant, didn’t give an intelligible explanation about my condition.
