As soon I came in the hospital until the end they were so awesome they help me so much to be comfortable and just want them to know thank you so much
This was my second visit and I drove myself there because of my previous experiences at two other hospitals. Care was provided faster and more competently than the others.
The staff here in the labor and delivery and postpartum department are absolutely amazing. As a first time mom I was scared about how my baby will be brought into the works and the recovery process but the ladies that took care of me made all my fears go away. Thank you so much to Katie & Karen in LND for ensuring that I was heard and taken care of, Kat & Stacey for making sure my baby and I wanted for nothing and the continuous support and care, you two ladies ensured that all my questions were answered and provided insight to things I didn’t think of.
Everyone from the front desk on was super nice and helpful.

Despite a post-delivery scare, I would still describe my labor experience as overwhelmingly positive. The staff members I interacted with were kind and supportive and made my experience as smooth as possible.
I want to give a special shout-out to the incredible labor and delivery nurses, especially Nurse Jenna and Nurse Amber. Nurse Jenna ensured I was as comfortable as possible during my induction period. She always entered the room with a warm smile, addressed any concerns, and ensured my husband and I felt at ease.
Then there’s Nurse Amber—someone I will remember forever. She was by my side during a very critical moment when I was hemorrhaging post-delivery. In that terrifying moment, I truly felt like I might not make it. Whether or not that was the reality, it was how I felt at the time. Amber held my hand, advocated for me, and provided unwavering support. If things had taken a turn for the worst, she would have been the last face I saw—and I couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate, reassuring presence. She is an absolute gem and an angel, and Baylor Scott & White is incredibly lucky to have such a dedicated nurse and remarkable human being. If I ever have another child, I would love for her to be my nurse again.
Overall, my experience at Baylor Scott & White was exceptional, and without a doubt, we will return if we have more children in the future. Thank you to the amazing staff who made such a meaningful impact on our journey!

The doctor was very nice and quick to come to see me; nurses were pleasant and understanding. The only complaint I had was about the bed they had me on, it was so hard and if you're feeling horrible, it does not make the situation any better having to lay and relieve fluids on a stiff metal bed with a thin little mattress. I have nerve problems in my hip, and it was hard to relax, and I should have stayed to get more fluids because I still was feeling horrible and having fever the next two days but did not want to stay because my hip was hurting.
This was the best experience that I ever had for a medical procedure. Everyone was very caring and easy to work with. It was on time and easy.
