Competency, professionalism, and friendliness
My team in pre-partum and labor and delivery were great! Ms. Carla, Ms. Jennifer (the black one) and Allie were the best in taking care of me from the time I was admitted to the time I had my baby! As well as the NICU nurses Ms. Wanda, Trish and Tracey who took care of my baby most of the time were also great in helping us, educating us on how to properly take care and do things a certain way for our preemie! Even the post partum team allowed me to stay an extra day after they discharged me because I was so sad about having to leave without my baby since she had to be in the NICU for a week. I would recommend Baylor Frisco, the L&D team as well as my doctor Dr. Jon T. Ricks to anyone!!
Taken care of extremely well from the front desk personnel throughout our visit. And Dr Lee that was our attending doctor, listened to us and responded with care & concern. Exceptional!!

Earnest won the gold star award! He was so kind and informative. I didn't know what was going on and his presence and demeanor kept me calm. I felt that he was on top of things and so kind the whole time. Dr. Lee was great, too. And despite a weekend emergency, the staff and those on call were so kind and efficient. If I had to spend the day in the ER, I can't imagine a place that would have taken better care of me. Thank you!
The nursing staff in labor and delivery are excellent. I delivered my 3rd baby at Baylor Frisco because of this excellent level of care. Annabelle and Heather were there for me during my labor, and Tammy was there for me during postpartum. Annabelle and Heather made me a promise that everything would be done to get my baby here safely, and that they would do everything they could so I wouldn’t need a C-section. As a high risk maternal patient, their actions lived up to their words, and it meant the world to me. Tammy was kind and caring and took great care of me. Even the nursery staff are excellent. Thank you Baylor, I wish every hospital treated their patients this way. Proud to be a Baylor baby myself, and also have 3 out of 4 of my babies with Baylor.

Everything. Staff was amazing
All the staff we interacted with were so welcoming and helpful. We especially want to recognize my nurses Rebecca & Kaley. Rebecca was my pre-op nurse. She’s so thoughtful and kind. She made the pre-op experience very calming. Kaley was my nurse in recovery. She is such a special human and a phenomenal nurse. I’m an RN myself and I have come across many nurses throughout my own healthcare journey. I can say that Kaley is absolutely one of the BEST nurses I’ve ever encountered. I just love her. Having a major surgery like mine can be scary and difficult as you’re waking up from anesthesia and trying to catch your bearings. Kaley had a way of making me feel so cared for, safe, and respected all the way until I got in our vehicle to leave.
Everything and everyone was great!
I experienced extreme thirst and a severe headache after my minor surgery. I requested IV saline for rehydration, but my request was denied because they claimed it was out of stock.
