If I could give a negative 100 I would the doctor and nurse had not remorse on my condition they just wanted me gone I went to a clinic and was treated the right way. I am going to call a lawyer and say I went in with pain and Baylor and Scott did not offer me any pain medication as I felt like I was dying. Who ever my doctor is just know karma does exist

Excellent care and concern from the nurses and staff during my recent surgery. My doctor was very personable and thorough as well, and followed up with me afterward. Overall great experience.
The nursing staff was amazing, the doctor acted like I was just a bother. I wish instead of spending $100's -$1000's you could have just handed me an instruction sheet on how to treat my Covid. You gave me a Tylenol, Motrin and water and sent me on my way. I could have done this at home.

Great service and care taken by all the nurse staff and doctors. I didn’t have to worry about anything as I knew I was in good hands.
Checking on time and friendly behavior of nurses was all the positive impact they gave me. I do remember Karen, Mitchell, Kristy, Tammy, Susan, Jenne who helped me before and postpartum where they helped me a lot to recover from.

Unfortunately the doctor did not listen to my concerns and I ended up in the ER two nights later which was the night before Inhad to travel
ER physician was not friendly. He did not even examine me. Everything else was great!

I liked everything about your services! Your entire staff from check in to departure was caring and attentive. Dr. Arai was reassuring and kept me calm with frequent updates. My assigned RN Paul was concerned about my comfort and explained everything so well. I felt I was in excellent hands from start to finish.
