Everything was excellent
BS&W has EXCEPTIONAL “customer service” training for everyone. The way that BS&W staff like Angela at the ER front desk constantly explain the process and next steps is very helpful for a person facing a health crisis.
Your nurses and staff were so kind and made me feel very cared for. Your food was also very good!

Hands down one of the absolute best staff you could EVER imagine. From the time we walked in until we left, it was an amazing experience. Imagine the best place (regardless of business or industry) and multiply it by 10. Its like the service you normally get from Chick-fil-a but on steroids!

You would have to search the 🌎 multiple times to find a place that has better staffing!
Another horrible ER doctor experience. I told myself I would never come back after the first bad experience, but did so against my better judgment. Dr. David Mendelson is callous, uncaring and rude. I don’t understand why you hire doctors with horrible reviews found online. He kept denying a physical condition I had that was an obvious protrusion on my left side (I have photos), including pain and all he offered, reluctantly was a CT scan instead of an MRI. He related it all to my back pain and sent me home with steroids and pain medicine which is what I had already been taking (this was his decision before he asked if I wanted the scan - I had to insist that the nurse send him in before discharge so that I could find out what was going on). So unprofessional and in a rush just to get me out of there. I had been seeing a highly successful and respected chiropractor for my back issues, and he said I’d be better off seeing a witch doctor or a Hindu priest among other crass remarks.
He does not deserve to work at your fine hospital.
