It was good getting a phone call, letting me know where to go and what to do. The nurse let me know what will be done and told me what needs to be done, and the doctor came in after the event and let me know how things went.
Always there when you need them. Friendly quick service. On site Imaging is a handy edition.

Everyone was kind and professional from the moment I checked in, recovery, and check out. I haven’t had the best experience at BSW Irving, so I was hesitant to go back to Baylor. I wouldn’t change a thing about the care I received from BSW Frisco. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Efficient and friendly
Everyone that took care of me was VERY nice and listened to me which I really appreciated . I was not dismissed instead I was heard and taken care of.
I went to the ER due to low oxygen level. They tried pushing covid, flu and rsv tests on me. I declined them because I had no fever and did not think the tests were needed. Plus, I have no insurance and needed to keep costs down. I told them I had upper back and chest pain. I was pretty sure I had pneumonia but was not given an x-ray. They wanted to give me a breathing treatment, which I can easily do at home with my nebulizer. Also tried to give me a prednisone pill which they simply could give a prescription for. I just felt like they wanted to make as much $$ as possible. The staff were all very nice, but I probably will not be back anytime soon.
Came in with abdominal pain, low grade fever and was given no real assistance. The docotor asked me what I wanted him to do. I’m not used to having to medically advise doctors. I had to ask for basic bloodwork to even be run.
My symptoms are significantly worse. I now have blood in my stool and worsening abdominal pain. I’m following up with a GI. It would have been medically safer if this ER took my symptoms seriously and attempted any further testing. It’s scary how bad things can get medically and an ER doesn’t even want to try to understand the issue going on. I would never recommend this ER. It could be very dangerous for someone to come here.
I had no wait time, and my injury was taken care of quickly and without much hassle.
Labor and Delivery nurse Cali who worked on October 24th 7pm- October 25th 7am schedule did a phenomenal job. I wouldn't have done it without her! Please consider giving her a raise!
Nursery nurse in Postpartum care who worked on Saturday, 26th of October from 7AM to 7PM shift did a great job taking care of my baby and educating me. Unfortunately I didn't remember her name, but she has 33 years of experience taking care of children.
