Doctor provide no aggressive treatment to a serious condition of Rhabdomyolysis and influenza. They provide a prescription and a pack of pedicure because they claimed they had no more IV fluids available from a hurricane Beryl and Javier in Houston. I was dumbfounded by this information, was quite unsure of why no the option or solution was provided nor why the doctor did not understand the severity of my situation. I could barely drive without muscle cramps or contractions. I am not from Frisco and unaware of the best medical options and suffered two flat tires on my trip back to my apartment. I was admitted into Baylor hospital in Plano and received even worse treatment once admitted and at this hospital. Eventually, I realized this was the wrong hospital to treat my illness and left on my own free will because a nurse not a doctor stopped by my room nor provided any updates to bloodwork.

Very clean, personable, helpful. I liked that they answered all my questions. I appreciated the card in my take home package signed by everyone whowas on my care team. I loved how easy the check in was and that they were able to take 50% up front because I am 99% positive I’ve met my out of pocket. I was just really impressed with the cleanliness and the snacks and lunch coupon they gave my husband. I was just really impressed with the pager system and the way they kept my husband informed. Only thing I would change was the parking situation. It was extremely crowded parking lot. Very full.
No sincere care was given. Nurses did not listen to me as the patient.

Everyone is so nice and professional from the ladies at the check in desk to the wonderful nurses in pre-op, the nurses and doctors in the OR, to the post opp care I could not have asked for better.

Extremely happy with staff during delivery , I had to admit all of sudden, doctor and staff were quick with process as my water got broke. Happy that delivery went well

1) updating hospital equipment and sheets. Several of our sheets were ripped and not just a minor rip but huge rips. The beds cushions are old, they feel like rocks and the leg stool while I was delivering was not stable and I almost hurt myself. The cafeteria food should extend hours to 6am-8pm to to accommodate breast feeding moms
All the hospital staff was very professional and friendly. My process from beginning to end was excellent. They made my procedure less anxious and it was done in no time.
They were very friendly and reassuring, and I felt I was in good hands.
