Convenient to where I live.
Every person in charge of my care while I gave birth to my first born was AMAZING! I canโt recommend this facility enough! Uzi is the most wonderful labor and delivery nurse along with Anna. Ani and Suzanne helped take care of my son and they are the best. Maricar, Olivia and Michelle took care of me and were so patient with me in postpartum. Thank you all for making my experience top notch!

They do not accept ambulances. They deal with delivering babies and surgery patients. You are better off going to a full service hospital.

Everything. The whole nursing staff, the person that checked us in, the anesthetist, OR nurses, and RR nurses, of course the greatest Dr ever - Dr. Christian Royer. From the moment we entered the hospital to the time we left; everyone treated us like we were the only people in the hospital. Very organized, very accommodating and very friendly the whole time for me, my husband and my daughter. I will highly recommend BSW Frisco hospital, many times over.
The staff was very friendly and efficient. They took their time to explain the diagnosis and treatment and even escorted us to the pharmacy.

Everyone is extremely friendly and took great care of me. Doctors and nurses were very good at guiding me through each step of the process before and after my surgery, the doctor personally came out and spoke to my wife and put her at ease. The waiting areas were clean and inviting.
