The staff is always nice, and my wife likes the waiting area while I am having a procedure done.

Attention right away care
The front office and check-in process was great. Timely, friendly, welcoming.
The ER doc was a jerk. He was rude and hateful. Never got closer than 5 feet away from me. Never even examined or ever looked at my eye. No physical contact whatsoever. He came in the room spouting what it was, before he was even in the room, speaking as coming thtough the door. He never addressed pain or blurry vision or that the blood blister in my eye was a big bubble of blood pooling up and increasing and bubbled out further than my iris. I've had these twice before but never painful or to cause blurry vision and never with a big bubble of blood, so never needed consult. I went to the ER for help on a big concern. Never received any consult or treatment from your Dr. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Efficiency
The doctor working (Brockman) needs to take a few more CME courses on empathy. He was very condescending from the moment he walked in to the exam room. Not only did he tell me “I don’t have a magic pill you can take” but he also said anything other than an emergency was outside of his specialty. I came in because I’ve been having breathing problems which he downplayed as a cough and sent me on my way. I am not one to quickly go to the ER, but when I’ve had shortness of breath for a month and can’t get into a pulmonologist for 3 months, the ER seemed like my only option.
Everyone is so helpful and careful! The food was delicious.

I have never been to this particular facility before. It was so nice and didn’t feel like a hospital as we walked in. The staff, doctors and nurses were great. I have already recommended this facility to friends.
It's flu season and there was no easily visible hand sanitizer.
Staff made me feel very hurried.
Returned to post op room after a colonoscopy soaked in liquid stool that no one had bothered to clean up. Staff had a difficult time finding supplies to clean me and did not offer any help.

Customer service exceeded my expectations
I had a very good experience with all aspects of my visit. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the registration process was smooth and easy. My nurse, Amy, was very attentive, as was the case with all of the medical staff that I interacted with.
Everyone was very caring!
They did an amazing job at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco, TX. We will only come back to this hospital because of the outstanding customer service by everyone.

It’s not a vacation but when you have surgery you want people that are kind compassionate and competent. Someone that can get an IV in without it being ordeal. People that lower the anxiety level. The people at Baylor Frisco did this and I am very grateful.
