Awesome service. All through until discharge
Everyone is so nice and informative.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received at the hospital. The facilities are meticulously clean and well-organized. The staff, particularly Dr. Jennifer R. Gulick, demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism throughout my visit.

Efficient and caring staff. Communication was excellent. They made me feel comfortable and important.
Clean and updated hospital, room was spacious, meal variety provided lots of great options. Care team was responsive, administrative team explained all consents and documentation upon entry to the hospital, all documentation was emailed so I didn’t have to walk around with a papers. Overall it was a good experience

It was fast and efficient. Diagnosed the problem quickly and prescribed the meds I needed with sufficient information to take care of the problem.

Great staff
The employees of this hospital are so friendly and caring. This is the most caring hospital that I have ever experienced in my 80 years.
Nurse switching shifts was not done efficiently. Late for medications. A few didn’t do their job checking incision and help to offer to change pads or soiled bed linen. A handful of nurses were great though. Didn’t receive any toiletries during stay or parting gift from Baylor for newborn.

Very fast and efficient for a walk-in Urgent Care. CMA (male, sorry I forgot your name), Nurse Matt, and PA Michael were all great and treated me with respect as a patient. Although I didn’t get the treatment I needed that day, I was advised to go to a Level 1 ER to get reevaluated and treated ASAP.
Wasn’t taken seriously. They were trying to discharge me while I was very sick and throwing up. The “head nurse” laughed when I asked if I could wait in room til my husband came to get me since I was still sick. They were in such a rush to get rid of me. When leaving not one body in waiting room so what’s the rush? Very disrespectful

This was my first time at this hospital and the staff were helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to have a level of care and compassion that's lacking in hospitality and customer service. If this hospital was not so far I'd make it my hospital of choice for care.
Everyone was very friendly. The facilities are nice and my day of surgery was a good experience.
From beginning to end, check in, waiting room, medical back office staff; nurses and doctors all took great care in making me feel comfortable for my procedure. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone.
The physician did not even perform a complete physical on me. He listened to my breathing. I was diagnosed with COVID while in the ER. I have Fibromyalgia and the COVID had triggered a huge flare up of those symptoms. I was in so much pain I was in tears. The physician had no empathy for me at all. He told me I could take Tylenol. I asked him if he would be willing to contact my pain management doctor to get guidance on how to address my pain and he said no. I was very disappointed that the physician did not have compassion or understanding of chronic illness.
From the front desk staff who checked me in, to the team who prepped me, the anesthesiologist, and the doctor—everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely invested in my care. The hospital itself was stunning—I honestly felt like I was in a luxury hotel!
Time to get in and out was quick.
