From the time you walk in the front door till the time you leave, everyone was so helpful.
Not likely - nursing was great
Very friendly and professional staff. Very capable medical providers from nurses, lactation specialist to doctors. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to make sure we understood everything before we got discharged. Good communication, gave us daily updates of our baby while in the NICU. Would recommend other moms give birth at this hospital.
I have never had a hospital care so much. I got called by the charge nurse & one of my care nurses plus I got a letter from my recovery nurses. I also got called by the ER the day after I had to go. They make you feel so important & that they genuinely care about you. I’ve told all my family & friends how amazing the people are there. I am totally blown away.

Quite thoughtful about making it a good experience for the patient and spouse. Very nice personnel: positive, kind, and caring. Many convenient locations to have more flexibility in making appointments. Dr. Schwartz is very talented in giving the best outcome for the various injuries he’s faced with… giving confidence to me!

Friendly staff when signing in. Little wait to be taken up to the surgery center. Everyone there was very helpful and I felt I was in good hands. They explained what was going to happen for the surgery. I've been at that same hospital a few years ago for toe surgery. Definitely pleased with everyone I had contact with at the hospital both times.

I felt I was kept very informed. Staff knowledgeable about all processes. From the nurses to all the techs each was so kind and considerate. Very respectful. I had a great group of people caring for me. I don’t want to forget the lady’s that checked me in when I got there. Everyone of them was just so good at getting everything done. So organized and happy. They smile a lot. Outside of the fact that I had to be there . I could not have picked a better place to have my procedure done.

I came in for neck/shoulder pain and was told all of the imaging came back normal. I was told it was likely a sprain/muscle spasms. I was not told that the imaging showed a healing fractured rib that I was unaware of. Since then I have gone to a chiropractor who has tried adjusting the same rib not knowing there was an injury.

Everyone on staff was amazing. If i had a hard time with anything the nursing staff or lactation specialists were there to help! Everyone was so understanding and patient. I love that everyone was so friendly and made sure I was good and that my baby was good as well. The pediatrician, dr ty, was great as well with checking my baby out and making sure he was healthy. Even though my baby had to stay an extra day due to jaundice, the nurses gave me a lot of supplies to help feed him and make me feel like I was able to do everything I could while he was under the blue lights. The only complaint we have is that the couch for my husband was horrific. Just like Joe Exotic, "his back will never recover from this."

Usually get in very fast, & the staff are always courteous, kind, & really listen to what is going on with patient. It is very close to our home. Our first choice when need ER.

The only thing is had to provide a lot of information that is my BSW portal. Do not understand why you can not access that information.

I highly recommend the labor and delivery team here. Both the pre and post-care were truly amazing. Anna and Karen were exceptional, making me feel well taken care of throughout the process.
During my postpartum stay, Shy, Leslie, and Chrislyn were incredibly supportive and kind. Shy, in particular, made it so easy for me to trust the nursery with my baby, allowing me to get some much-needed rest.
I’m so grateful for all of you, and I’m happy we have nurses like you to take care of us. Love you all!
