Because of Connie and Dawn. They were part of my L&D team when I got induced and they explained everything they were doing step by step always asking for my thoughts and making sure I was ok with everything. Unfortunately the next day on my induction I was not progressing and a C section had to be done. Dawn was so calming and reassuring me that it had nothing to do with my prep or things that I could have done differently. Her shift was almost ended when we had to go to the OR. But she stayed until I was done. The next day Connie went out of her way and came looking for us in the postpartum area to meet the baby and to see how I was doing. Over all great staff food was good and I even got a thank you card at the end.

Baylor Frisco is our preferred facility for medical procedures. From the receptionists, great nurses, anesthesiologist (Jack Freeman) and Dr. Duraiswamy. Always a great experience. Cindy, my nurse, was so efficient and very caring. Highly recommend Baylor Frisco.

Great experience, kind staff

Everyone was so kind & you could tell they loved their jobs. My nurses were Summer (in pre-op), Jean (in post-op), Shiny, Ashleigh, Priscilla & Olivia (in postpartum) and they were the best team! They all made sure I was well informed with what was happening and helped me make the best decisions for my care.

Short wait time and good service

Staff is amazing

Dr Was rude and did not even touch me or close to me. Threw a trashcan DX and let me go home. Was there an hour from start to finish. went home feeling just as bad as when i arrived.

I like the fact the care is available whenever you need it. The price for the visit is also reasonable.
