Prompt, friendly, and thorough
The class of people that work here it's just phenomenal. From the minute you walk into the front desk all the way till the end everyone there is so helpful in caring. Great experience I would recommend this place to anyone! 😁
Staff showed very professional and caring services. Quickly evaluated my problem and responded with needed treatment. Followed up with phone calls to be sure I was doing better.
Very attentive to all your needs
The entire hospital staff made me feel 100% comfortable during my surgery stay. The hospital has a spa appearance that is so warm and inviting.
I went in for a 15 minute strep test, tested negative, got prescribed antibiotics and left.
I have not gotten the EOB yet or the bill yet, but on my UnitedHealthcare portal which you guys are in-network with, it is showing that the total amount I will have to pay might be around $720! I don't know what is going on here. When I talked to the person at the front desk before I went in, they told me that I was in network and that everything is going to be fine. Why was I build for a hospital visit fee whenever I just went in and quickly received a strep test?! I am on an HDHP plan, but I guarantee you I could've gone to any 24 hour emergency room and would have been billed much much less. Heck, if I would have known that the bill would've been anywhere remotely close to this amount, I could have easily scheduled a CVS MinuteClinic visit within 24 hours. There, even without my HDHP high deductible met, I would have ended up paying around $80 (with negotiated insurance rates) instead of this whopping $720.
I really hope you guys are willing to work with me here and come down on this price. This is absolutely ridiculous and a scam. I have seen many Google reviews on this place talking about how it is a scam. I should be billed for an urgent care visit, and NOT a hospital visit at all. A strep test testing negative and then instantly leaving the facility is hardly any work done. I saw Baylor Scott & White and my PCP is at the Baylor Scott & White across the street, but this is not the same place.
If you guys are not willing to negotiate with me, I will definitely be ripping you guys with one-star Google reviews, leaving bad reviews on many other websites, and doing everything I can to convince people to never touch this place. If you guys are willing to work with me though, I will refrain from doing this.

Kind and caring staff.
The nurses in the women’s center were so kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Also, the hospital meals were so yummy and greatly appreciated, especially after giving birth and being so exhausted. Would recommend this place!
Very through & professional
It was a very nice venue where I was welcomed by very pleasant receptionist, and then taken into the surgery and looked after by very, very nice nurses the anesthesiologist and the doctor communicated very well with me and explained everything. It was all together a very pleasant experience.
Lack of customer service. The staff did their job but didn’t make me feel welcomed it was almost as if they we’re annoyed they had to help me.
The pre and post op nurses were exceptional!!
