Professional and courteous services
The staff were caring and considerate. They made sure I and my family were well informed and they took great care to make sure I was comfortable.

Make itemized billing easily accessible or send it to us. I have been calling and emailing and cannot get it sent to me! And you can’t make it easy and have it accessible through the BSW portal app. Being BSW and not having appointments there, or paperwork or any of that is an absolute pain.

I had surgery at Baylor Hospital, and the staff was simply amazing. From the nurses to the doctors, everyone was so kind, patient, and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. I could tell they truly love what they do and care about their patients. I’m so thankful for the wonderful care I received they made a stressful time so much easier.
Everyone is so professional and so courteous! You feel naturally comfortable because everyone is so competent and caring. A lovely experience that takes away stress from surgery!

Friendly staff
I reported drop foot, difficulty walking. If I walked a mile I would have lower back pain later in the day, like A 3 out of ten. The diagnosis on my discharge papers was ‘ acute back pain’. Was the doctor not listening? It was drop foot. I was referred to a back surgeon which is fine but really, no examination of my gait, no referral to a PT which could be an intermediary step. Not impressed.
I’m happy with the doctor who treated me and is from a different doctor’s office.
Although the staff who took care of me that day is amazing, I’m super duper disappointed with the billing team. Right before the procedure when I got a call asking me to make a $1900+ for the procedure I clearly asked her- if I will get any additional bills from any other providers or this is it. She clearly said that this is it and called out that doctor’s office will bill separately. Now after 2 months, I started getting bills for pathology dept for urine tests, for IVs, etc. god knows who else will send more bills to me for the next 1 year for this procedure. This is ridiculous and zero percent transparency with costs.

My visit to your ER was better than I could have expected it to go, compared to 2 other ER visits I have had to make in past 10 years to different BSW ER. Perhaps because it was Friday late afternoon but there was only me and one other who came in behind me. The staff behind window was a pleasure dealing with and check-in was very smooth and efficient. RN Alex assisted with escorting to room, told me had process would flow (which it did accordingly) and Dr. Le the attending physician who checked me was a tremendous delight. He provided confidence in gently correcting my own self-diagnosis, explained exactly what they were going to do, performed as stated, and all-in-all I was released after 2 hour stay - a case of under-promising and over-producing. As far as I'm concerned, the entire event was a success in educating and greatly setting set me at ease. If I ever have to visit an ER again, and I have a choice in matter, then BSW Frisco is where I'm heading. Thank you to all who I encountered that afternoon/evening!
