Extremely impressed with the whole operation from check-in to the nurses and staff. Everyone was very pleasant, organized and helpful before and after my procedure.
Lots of people were checking in at 6am, but not enough workers, they were backed up at check in

All the nurses at Baylor Scott and white did top job. They are best of the best. Especially the nurses in labor and delivery did stunning team job and helped me deliver my baby in a natural way. Thank you so much for the best experience.

Efficient caring staff
The doctor and attending nurse were great.
However he triage nurse was very rude.
I’d been experiencing high irregular heartbeats for several hours. My KARDIA app registered that I had a fibrillation symptoms.
Ended up choosing a Baylor Scott and White hospital as my cardiologist is part of that network.
When I got to the ER the triage nurse (not the registration team- they were very kind) asked my symptoms. When I told her I thought I had AFib her response was a sarcastic “and you a chose to come here?” I replied asking if I should go elsewhere, to which she said “you’re here we might as well check you in”
Really confused by this as the care the team provided was outstanding. Perhaps she was having a bad night. I was very impressed with the attending nurse and the doctor. I very much appreciate their help.
