Everyone at Baylor Scott and White - Frisco were so very friendly and caring that I felt very secure in their care. Tanner, Rachel, Rebecca, Jacky, Sharon, and the doctors and operating room staff put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands and didn't have to worry about a thing.
I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs a hospital procedure, of any kind, consider the Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Frisco. It is one of the best.

The black ER overnight nurse was rude and not caring…She had an attitude when I first arrived and wasn’t helpful while being treated. She didn’t properly test me as I had to go to another hospital and was later diagnosed differently. The ER overnight doctor didn’t properly check me he I will be disputing the bill with my insurance. Y’all playing with peoples health and charged all those
Our appointment for surgery was 2:00, we got in at 6. Too long to sit after no food, anticipation.
Would have liked to have had mor information on discharge than just the 2 pages I received.
Like what medications were given to Mr. Name removed in recovery for pain. Also the procedures that were done to him.
Everyone from admissions to the nurses that prepare you for your procedure Especially Kevin and Inga are totally professional and extremely comforting. Dr Burleson has my highest respect he has great bed side presence. He is my favorite. Highly recommended the total Colonoscopy procedure.

Kind people, good doctor
The nurses at the hospital are truly outstanding. We had some hiccups in the beginning, but in postpartum, we never had trouble getting help from a nurse whether it’s nursery, mom or lactation.
This hospital did an excellent job. Everything from pre-op care to post-op care was excellent. The nurses were attentive and kind. The staff really cares about patient care.
The front desk staff were extremely kind and efficient.
I was in and out in about an hour for a pretty bad laceration.

Anesthesiologists are consistent and awesome too. My surgery was later in the day and he called to say I could eat/drink that morning—this was huge for me.

Difficult to find, signage looks like garage sale signs, poor lighting feels unsafe. I drove past the entrance and had to loop back because of poor lighting and signage.
Been there 3x and am always rushed. Nothing is ever checked or confirmed. Just medication prescribed. It’s a urgent care with ER prices. I was told i have a concussion and it’s nowhere on paper and no real advice etc. i was there for only 15-20 mins before discharge and have a huge bill for basically nothing.
I was the only person waiting and someone who came in 10 minutes after me was seen before me. No treatment for pain discharged without help.
Every staff member we encountered was friendly and personable, from the reception desk to the nurses and technicians, to the cafeteria.
