Friendly staff and they did a great job of getting me seen quickly. Highly recommended!
Dr did not feel confident on blood clot treatment. I was led to believe a CT wasn’t necessary so I left without getting appropriate treatment. I was sent for CT scan by my pcp on my follow-up visit which she agreed should have been done in the hospital. Nurse was rough—port and blood draw were one of the most painful I have received. Ultrasound tech and EKG tech were quite young and barely spoke.. They did not explain what they were doing and left without removing gel on my entire leg and leads. No one had a calming, caring demeanor except intake woman at the desk.

All the people I encountered were very polite and knowledgeable and helpful. The nurses that tended to me were always concerned about my comfort. It was a good experience even though the procedure usually is an unpleasant experience. I would highly recommend your hospital.

I have been to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Frisco, TX. The service was great. The front desk team was amazing and so helpful. Nurses were great. In general, the service was incredible.
We liked the constant care and how courteous all the staff were. They were never tired of all our paranoia. They made use feel safe and confident.
1:1 of one! This location has the best nurses, anesthesiologist, doctors. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend
Pediatrician should not send babies to home without having proper control on Jaundice percentage. Our baby have 13.7 percentage during the day of discharge and it went high as 17.9 the 4th day when we visit our pediatrician
Everyone was so kind and made me feel comfortable with all I have going on. They were able to keep me giggling and everyone from the front to the procedure area are all incredible people.

Didn’t even try to look into what I cave into the er for was rushed out and told it wasn’ta emergency went to see a d as specialist who literally sent me back to the er I can understand if the er vs was busy but it was me and maybe to others there the figures was lazy and didn’t bc want to work highly don’t recommend

Everyone in the surgery room was wonderfully comforting and kind. Walter, Ingrid (I think that’s her name) and Terrell - all made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Woke up without any issues and went about my day. If I ever have to have surgery again I’d like to have it here.
