Very professional, clean and efficient
Staff were very cordial and helpful.
Long wait time in triage. Not very good communication to patient from ER attending physician or nurse. More frequent and more thorough communication about next steps and status of care would be helpful and appreciated.

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the front door. Everyone was welcoming, professional & down to earth. I was met with smiles when I checked in. My prep nurse Emily was fantastic and got my IV in on the first try. Dr. Sanshu is very knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. Dr. Haggard (Anesthesiologist) explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease. The procedure room staff were friendly and introduced themselves. My recovery nurse was amazing, accommodating & professional. The facility was very clean & the registration process was a breeze. I will definitely recommend BSW Frisco to family and friends. Thank you all for the excellent care you provided.
We were greeted, given a pager, and taken to where we needed to be for our procedure. Good follow up and coordination and it was great to get procedure updates. The care was great and my procedure went very well.

Staff were nice and process was efficient.
I liked the friendliness of the staff, the speedy check-in, my doctor, and the way the staff members explained every step.
No waiting. Staff was courteous, and friendly.
The friendly staff, the half off breakfast for my family, the communication, and the care from all of the staff as soon as you walk into the door
Everyone is always nice, willing to help, and seem to genuinely care about you while there. I would prefer to have surgeries here.
Everyone from start to finish was kind, knowledgeable and focused on providing a good service with a good medical outcome.

I came in because my blood pressure was high. They immediately did an ekg on me. They did not connect me to a monitor to keep checking my BP but I’m sure once they saw the EKG was good they weren’t too worried. I wish we could have figured out the real cause it went up.
It is very convenient for us and the check in was very easy.

Everyone was very friendly, and were very prompt in getting things done. They explained everything that was as going on and I would highly recommend Baylor.
From check in through the checkout process, everyone was great.
