Really nice experience from the staff at Baylor Frisco. From Dr. Berry Fleming (a real expert), First assist Tina, My anesthesiologist Dr. K, and other very lovely nurses that gave me Iv’s I barely felt. I’m very satisfied with the way the nurses cheered me up. Thank you ladies for a very gentle segway into surgery!

I was seen promptly by the doctor. He listened to my description of what happened. I was then examined. The doctor determined I needed a series of cat scans to better understand what if any internal injuries had occurred.
The doctor explained what those tests found and what he thought was the best treatment. The doctor, nurses, and staff treated me with respect and compassion. I felt that the treatment they provided was more than adequate to make me comfortable and satisfied with diagnosis and treatment plan

Both times we've gone to this ER they have not been very busy, all the people were super nice and helpful and they took care of us right away.

the ED. Alex was my ED nurse. She was phenomenal. She chatted with me like we had been friends for years..which is so important when you have elevated bp and svt and going into a panic attack. Thank you to
