I was released from the hospital I was having difficult breathing and the doctor said there wasn't a long specialist in the hospital so that let me go that was nothing y'all can do for me so I left out to the hospital on Tuesday December 31st still sick and had to go to another emergency room to get taken care of I think the doctor was very unprofessional and did not do what she supposed to do to help me with my health problem

The hospital lobby is like that of a luxury hotel, complete with a roaring fireplace on a cold morning. The check-in was streamlined, even at 5am. The Registered Nurse, named Kevin, who took me back for surgery and went over my health history, was very kind and pleasant. The Anesthesiologist was very attentive and pleasant. The staff was considerate of my pickup procedure, since friends came to get me after surgery. I feel honored to have been able to have my surgical procedure at Baylor Scott & White in Frisco and highly recommend that hospital.

Quick and efficient
From Susan that wheeled me to my room and all the staff and Dr. Kara I was made very comfortable and taken care of while I was being treated. The diagnosis was fast and I was administered medications that relieved my discomfort quicker than I expected. Thank you Baylor Scott and White hospital for everything.

The front office staff was so welcoming, my nurse Ernest, was so pleasant and understanding of my pain and my doctor took the time to explain everything.

It felt very rushed. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. Only good thing is that it was the only place that saw me on a Sunday that was covered by my insurance but I felt like the doctor didn’t even look at me. He finished the exam before I was able to sit up straight. It’s Tuesday now and I still feel like crap.

Waiting time for an EMERGENCY room was absolutely ridiculous. I was in a car crash and had to wait almost six hours for treatment in an empty waiting room.
