I loved everything except the RUDE SECURITY STAFF SITTING AT THE FRONT RECEPTION DESK IN THE EARLY MORNING. RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. They need to go. The company that was there prior to this company was so friendly and helpful unlike the 2 people who work there now

Everyone I interacted with was kind and friendly. The nurses actually seemed to care about me and kept me comfortable, they didn’t rush me out the door. The whole facility was clean and cozy.

I expected more information than just 'everything looks good'. Well, I sure did not feel good. The ER doctor lacked bedside manners, and a little more understanding for a 'scared’ person with heart problems, But maybe that has also disappeared in todays world. - I left the ER with concerns as to how i was going to get through the day. - I am the type of Man who does not go to the Hospital/Doctor for any little thing, much less the ER. - The ER nurses were VERY GOOD and had more compassion for me as a patient.

All staff were welcoming, warm, thorough and kept checking on me. Marissa, Reception; Reba, Prep Nurse; Stephanie, OR Nurse, Walter, Nurse Anesthetist; Kaley, Post Op Nurse; Cochise, Post Op/Discharge and the male reception desk staff who asked my wife if she needed help with the coffee machine. BSW Frisco is top notch and ranks with BSW The Heart Hospital Plano.

We truly had the best experience! All nurses and staff were so helpful and gave so much information and help to make sure we were comfortable and ready for what was coming. They were also so helpful with all my questions that I had through out every part of delivery and postpartum.
The service was excellent - both ladies at the front desk were very nice and advised me of the appropriate information. I waited less than 2 minutes to been seen by a triage nurse. The triage nurse was also very nice, and had a pleasant demeanor. She turned me over to my nurse, and he was great as well. Dr. Young Lee was a great doctor with great "bedside" manner, who was very thoughtful and honest in his discussion with me concerning my current health issues.
For me to have to go to the ER, and unfortunately, I've been there several times, this was the best service in EVERY manner I've ever had.
