All the nurses were super attentive and caring.
Marquette and our night nursery nurse were amazing. Very personable. Everyone else was kind and very helpful in an unknown situation for us. Felt we were treated very well and taken care of.

Exceptional service. Patient focused. Transparency for the whole processes and protocols. Skilled, compassionate Surgeons, Physicians and Surgery team. Lobby ambiance and space for relatives or next of kin. Shout out to Nicole at reception. Kudos to Dr. Carlos Gaona, Dr. Haggard, Abby (PA), Cassandra (OR nurse), Tashi, Kevin. The doctors and nurses are all amazing. Especially Dr. Hermann, Dr. Ashi, Dr. David Fong and nurses notably Rachel, Olivia, Priscilla, Shiny, Shayana (Shy) went above and beyond to help us. They are our angels.Several nurses met us and took care of us. I may have missed some names here, but every one of them are amazing!!

The medical care staff was some of the best I could have ever hoped for. I didn’t know what to expect as I am a first time mom and had nerves going into labor/delivery but that was hands down the most positive experience we could have had simply due to the staff. Each nurse deserves a special thank you from us!

Out front everyone was quick to acknowledge our presence and had everything right there ready to go. Eye contact goes a long way, as does organization.
The facility is beautifully finished and it is also run very well. Everything is organized, the staff are pleasant & polite and it creates as good an experience as you can have for a hospital setting.
Some of the nursery nurses could probably be a bit nicer and understanding with first time parents. We had an unpleasant experience with our night shift nurse, Natalie, she came off very condescending and rude. She seemed bothered when we would ask questions and also when we requested to have our son taken to the nursery. I also disliked the way she handled my son, she seemed a bit rough with him and not gentle. Additionally, I feel like there should be a better system in place when ordering food from the cafeteria. I disliked the fact that the ladies from the cafeteria would come into my room and rush us to order food. Not to mention some of them were rude!
