All of the stuff was great except the E.R room doctor Arai , David A. He was rude and arrogant, didn’t give an intelligible explanation about my condition.

Everyone at Baylor Scott and White - Frisco were so very friendly and caring that I felt very secure in their care. Tanner, Rachel, Rebecca, Jacky, Sharon, and the doctors and operating room staff put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands and didn't have to worry about a thing.
I would definitely recommend that anyone who needs a hospital procedure, of any kind, consider the Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Frisco. It is one of the best.

The black ER overnight nurse was rude and not caring…She had an attitude when I first arrived and wasn’t helpful while being treated. She didn’t properly test me as I had to go to another hospital and was later diagnosed differently. The ER overnight doctor didn’t properly check me he I will be disputing the bill with my insurance. Y’all playing with peoples health and charged all those
Our appointment for surgery was 2:00, we got in at 6. Too long to sit after no food, anticipation.
Would have liked to have had mor information on discharge than just the 2 pages I received.
Like what medications were given to Mr. Name removed in recovery for pain. Also the procedures that were done to him.
Everyone from admissions to the nurses that prepare you for your procedure Especially Kevin and Inga are totally professional and extremely comforting. Dr Burleson has my highest respect he has great bed side presence. He is my favorite. Highly recommended the total Colonoscopy procedure.
