Everyone is so nice and professional from the ladies at the check in desk to the wonderful nurses in pre-op, the nurses and doctors in the OR, to the post opp care I could not have asked for better.

Extremely happy with staff during delivery , I had to admit all of sudden, doctor and staff were quick with process as my water got broke. Happy that delivery went well

1) updating hospital equipment and sheets. Several of our sheets were ripped and not just a minor rip but huge rips. The beds cushions are old, they feel like rocks and the leg stool while I was delivering was not stable and I almost hurt myself. The cafeteria food should extend hours to 6am-8pm to to accommodate breast feeding moms
All the hospital staff was very professional and friendly. My process from beginning to end was excellent. They made my procedure less anxious and it was done in no time.

Medical care is exceptional.
From the beginning the admin that checked us in were kind and attentive, our nurses in labor and delivery made us feel so comfortable and well informed. The nursery team is amazing, and delivery felt comfortable and casual. We were lucky not to have complications, but the team was attentive and available had anything gone wrong. Our post partum team took the best care of us. My nurses handled me with care immediately following delivery and were so encouraging during my recovery. We are so lucky to be able to deliver at Baylor Scott and White.

You do not send results to the patients' doctors at patient request. A male nurse was extremely rude to me, hung up on me when I called to inquire. The doctor and staff were fine at the time I was taken care of.
