Staff attention

The entire ER team was more than amazing. Since I walked through the doors the young lady at the front desk treated me so well as well as the nurses, doctors, and ultrasound personnel. I couldn’t thank them enough!
The service here is excellent. We delivered our baby boy at this hospital, and the nurses and doctors provided us with valuable guidance on how to care for our newborn. It has been incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Everyone at BAYLOR are so nice and helpful. The only issue I really had was the nurse when I came out of surgery. The post op nurse was not very pleasant and I had a hard time understanding her.
Kevin was the best nurse I ever had! I always have problems with IV’s, but I never even felt his! Dr. Beckman was good and everything went very smoothly!

All the staff was amazing.
1) You are not BSW unless your systems are integrated with BSW. It is just marketing deception.
2) I filled out your pre-registration form and when I got there, they ignored the data and asked me the same questions.
3) No where on the pre-registration form did you asked for a list of medications. Nor did you tell me to bring a list of them. I could not remember one of my heart meds, which the RN told me could impact the anesthesiologist, which could impact my outcome.
4) When I questioned the RN on why I was not told about my meds list, she immediately blamed my GI doctor.
