Unfortunately the doctor did not listen to my concerns and I ended up in the ER two nights later which was the night before Inhad to travel

ER physician was not friendly. He did not even examine me. Everything else was great!

Everythin about the treatment, the medical professionals, the location and the facility.

My husband had a procedure on 8/1 & had to be intubated. Since he is a throat cancer survivor & had 30 radiation treatments in 2005, we voiced our concerns to his anesthesiologist. Around noon on 8/2, he called me since he could not swallow & there was a lump blocking his throat. I called BSW & was told there wasn't anything they could do. I then called his Dr to beg for some pain medicine that he could swallow. He wasn't able to eat or swallow pills or water. Once I discovered that BSW hired his anesthesiologist, I again called your facility on Friday, 8/9. I was transferred several times & even though there was no call-back from BSW, his anesthesiologist called me Friday night to explain his procedure. I appreciated her call & explanation. My husband has had to eat pureed soup since swallowing was so painful. He has lost 7 lbs since 8/1. 138 lbs. down to 131 lbs.

We were kept updated throughout surgery.

Felt like I was the only patient there! My nurse Kevin and Keith anesthesia Dr. were just top rate and so caring. Continually strived to make sure I had a good colonoscopy experience and so personable I felt like I had my family with me the whole time! I give this place a 10 because of the caring people and health care providers.

The nurses were super attentive and helpful during my surgery. I highly recommend this hospital.

The staff was wonderful and wry timely.

I went in feeling very sick with different symptoms. I was insulted by the NP by walking into my waiting room and asked me “ what do you want to accomplish today”.
