The people from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor were great.
From the minute you walk in and are greeted with a smile through the entire pre op and recovery, my experience was amazing! The staff did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable and at ease. Kevin in pre op was amazing and has a fantastic personality, you need to clone him! Inga was also wonderful. Everyone was smiling and doing a great job!

My check-in time was 7:00 am, and I arrived a few minutes early. I received a pager and waited. Around 7:30 am, my nurse came to find me, saying the doctor was ready. Despite asking twice about checking in, I was told the pager would alert me when it was time. Eventually, I got checked in, but the lack of organization was frustrating, and I noticed areas that could be improved.
Nothing spectular. Just routine. Not impressed at all. In energy the only they did wa take blood pressure and the doc gave prescription.
Every thing is very efficient and everyo ne is very nice.

The kindness of your staff. All staff were very nice and very attentive. I highly recommend better Scott and White because of the work ethic and caring nature I did have a piece of mind that things are going to go well

the ED. Alex was my ED nurse. She was phenomenal. She chatted with me like we had been friends for years..which is so important when you have elevated bp and svt and going into a panic attack. Thank you to

Really nice experience from the staff at Baylor Frisco. From Dr. Berry Fleming (a real expert), First assist Tina, My anesthesiologist Dr. K, and other very lovely nurses that gave me Iv’s I barely felt. I’m very satisfied with the way the nurses cheered me up. Thank you ladies for a very gentle segway into surgery!
