I like the way your service department stands behind its work. They did a full service on my bike in March. In July they fixed my squeaky break only charging for parts, in case it was the March tune up that caused the problem. I appreciated that, since they could easily have said it was too long since the servicing.
I was having coffee in Kits last week. Some folks at the next table asked me where they should take their bikes for some work. I recommended WPC without hesitation!

from the moment we walked in the front door we were greeted with the best welcoming smile and acknowledged that we were coming in. each time (2) the staff person walked up to us from behind the counter and asked us how we were and how could they help. Impressive!

Thomas and Colleen Foreman (big TREK cruiser Fans!) we've had our cruisers for 19 years and bring us so much pleasure. We rode the sea wall yesterday as soon as my bike was out of the shop. (our bikes got hit by a car while they were on our bike rack so needed new pedals and crank)
