I purchased a Trek +3 Verve e-bike July 2023. West Point provides a free service at one year. The service went well and I got my bike back in 2 days. Very efficient service and friendly knowledgeable positive staff.

The staff at West Point Cycles in Langley are always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I purchased my 2021 Trek FX Sport Carbon 4 bike there and am delighted with it. Since then I have returned several times to purchase various accessories and have always found their inventory to be extensive and fairly priced. This is a great place to buy a bike, find parts you need or just enjoy looking around. It's such a great bike shop that I regularly drive about 50 kms from where I live in order to shop there.
Knowledgeable staff who provide clear concise answer, explain the options available without trying to up sell you.
