Service counter staff and mechanic very accommodating and knowledgeable. A simple flat tire repair was dealt with promptly, and a followup concern that was missed when my e-bike was serviced last fall was also fixed. Good service!

After contacting about shipping for the Brompton C Line Explore. Andrew made my concerns about shipping practically disappear. Also even trying to have it so my bike will arrive on my preferred date.
