Highly skilled and knowledgeable about everything cycling. Yet they come across as being friendly and interested in you and your cycling needs. Also a great shop to browse and pick up accessories for you and your bike. I come from north Burnaby to their shop because I can trust them, their suggestions and work!! Don’t miss out!

Great service all round. Staff at the Main Street location, in particular Cyrus, were very helpful and provided excellent background information on my first E-Bike the Trek FX+2. I have been riding a lot more and getting out there on longer rides, and the assist is a fantastic feature to get me up those steep hills, especially after my recovery from a medical procedure on my heart. I would highly recommend West Point Cycles. The sale prices on certain E-bikes now are also very good.

Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff. I am a senior and I really appreciated all the details and explanations as to the working parts of my new ebike. Many good suggestions were made as to accessories, all of which I really appreciated. Getting an ebike was a big step for me and having knowledgeable, patient and friendly staff at West Point helped me make my decision. I had looked at the same bike at 4 other cycling shops but the patience and courtesy of your sales staff convinced me I was making a good choice and was with a vendor who I could stay connected with as I learn and enjoy my new found freedom on a bike that will help me get up the hills. Thank you

Convenient, quick service
I came in to inquire about a holder for my cel phone. The employee who helped me was terrific! He was a great problem-solving as my bike's handlebars and stem were not typical dimensions which necessitated a very creative solution. He was patient, managed to welcome and accommodate other customers who came in to the store at the same time, without me feeling like I was having to wait. Most importantly, he was friendly and advised me well on which product to buy. I'd definitely recommend this shop!

The bike is a great quality bike with great components. The employees were all extremely helpful and kind. Rayne was the person that assisted me and was extremely helpful with great product knowledge. Rayne listened to my needs and walked me through all the items that would make buying my new bike seem less and complete. Once everything was selected an estimate price was put together to allow me to decide it I needed everything g or just “bite the bullet” and but it all! I did the latter. lol.
Once all was paid for they took the bike and accessories to the back and had everything o. The bike and the bike ready for going out the door in 90 minutes. I highly recommend this store this was a great experience and would highly recommend this bike shop!
