I always find West Point Cycles such a friendly and helpful store. The staff are always willing to talk and spend time answering my questions. My most recent visit was to the W. 10th store where I was assisted by Luke and Mike and both were great. Thanks to them for their help. I have also used the W. 2nd/Main St. store and staff there are similarly helpful.
Last week, I was short of time and needed a repair done quickly. Luckily for me, West Point was able to fit me in and got the work done really quickly. Their service was friendly and expertly executed, it feels like a new bike. Thank you West Point, great job!

Great service by the guys. I was there to see if I could replace the tube I got last Friday as it wasnt inflating. I think it was Andrew who greeted me and offered to get me a new tube right away without even looking at my receipt, then offered to just replace the new tube for me as I was holding my bike tire already. The other guy took care of it promptly and I was on my way. They took care of the labour fee which I really appreciated. I’ll be back for future fixed

It just feels like the right place to do business. The staff is friendly. The rates for working on the bikes is really nice especially in today’s market. I think it’s very attractive and to get work done good work done. It feels honest there.

I have been doing business at West Point's 10th ave location for over a decade, have had all my road bikes serviced there, and have bought two bikes there. Things that I have always liked there:
1. Competence, helpfulness, and friendliness of the staff, even as the familiar faces have changed over the years
2. Reliable, trustworthy maintenance
3. They provide good, reliable advice
4. They always treat me like my business matters to them, and they want to help me.

You won’t find more knowledgable and professional service than Andrew and Ben at West Point. We’re so lucky to have such a great local bike shop.

My fiance and I came in to look at hybrid bikes. We worked with Ethan who was so helpful, he assisted us in finding the best size bike, he let us take them for a little spin around the store and further assisted when the seat height didn't feel right or we had questions about the brakes etc. he was so knowledgeable and personable, really made the experience fun and easy, not pushy at all, it really felt like we were just having an enjoyable conversation, not being pushed into a sale.
Took our bikes for a ride that night, felt we needed some accessories so went back the next day for a rack and a bag, they fit us in that day to have the rack installed and it was ready the next morning.
We will recommend Ethan and West Point Cycles to anyone who is shopping for a new bike or just accessories. All of the staff we have come into contact with have been so kind and welcoming, very happy with our experience!
