Had an amazing experience ordering a hike online with westpoint. Online sales staff (Jess) was very friendly and professional over emails. They packaged my bike up very securely and made sureeverything was nicely wrapped from scratches and damage. Would highly recommend.

Service excellent as always but especially Fiona at Main for calling around to the other shops for my seized brake bolt. And Bob for service and James for taking care of my issue right away at Kerrisdale.
Floor manager went above and beyond finding the correct fender for my bike. Even though the installation was more complex than originally thought (package didn’t include correct mount), he improvised successfully and still refused to charge me for labour. Excellent customer service.

I bought my Trek bike 12 years ago at the 10th Avenue store. Main Street is closer to me and I always take it there for a Spring tuneup. Great, friendly service.
The Main Street store has plenty of products at reasonable prices. But I stayed for the amazing service: each person at WPC is knowledgeable, friendly, ready to provide best advice suitable to your biking needs. They listen first, and propose a range of solutions after. And from sales to technical support it’s seamless: both sides complement and echo each other. Everyone there is always personable. There is a wide selection of products in the shop but you are also quick to order something specific when I needed it.
