They take the time to assists us and answer our questions without feeling rushed. Our bikes are always ready to be picked up on the date and time they schedule.
There is no where else I would take our bikes for servicing given their excellent service and dependability.

Everyone at the Main and 2nd branch of West Point Cycles is incredibly friendly and helpful. I always get patient and thorough assistance even when the store is packed with customers and the staff are rushed off their feet. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

It feels like an honest place where you'd get good service. I'd like to make it my local goto bike shop. Haven't tried the service side yet though, I've mostly bought sports nutrition to this point. The person at the service desk was very friendly and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Looks like there are a ton of new trek bikes soon to be unboxed.....exciting!
