My experience was once again with Lauren and not enough can be said of her knowledge and integrity. She didn’t try to sell me another high end pedal which albeit much lighter, it would have high tension for clipping in and out which has been my problem. Everyone in the shop works together to give you the best information and experience. I come from north burnaby to this shop because of this kind of problem solving and service that’s second to none!!
