In an era where the concept of customer service seems to have gone by the wayside, West Point Cycles gets it. From the clearly informed review of each bicycle I looked at, to the recommendation that I get a bicycle that they didn't have in stock, I felt like my interests were being respected. Even more, after I returned several weeks later, they remembered my name (although I did spend $9,000).
Old school or not, they have my loyalty and my business. First class all the way.

The service was excellent. I came in with a flat tire and it was repaired within 20 minutes then I asked if there were a waste to protect my tires and told them about a product that could help reduce the chances of a flat tire so I did that overall Iām extremely satisfied.
