Out on a ride and my shifting battery died. I dropped into West Point Cycles on W 10th intending to buy a new battery. Instead, they gave me a loaner and shipped mine back to my local store fully charged, at no-charge. I am rarely blown away by customer service but these guys know what they are doing! Very Impressed!! Well done!!!! Thank you!!!
Absolutely excellent customer service. The staff made me feel totally comfortable and patiently explained everything about how the e-bike worked. I never felt judged about being a senior getting back into cycling and wanting to purchase a bike that would suit my needs.
