I've had my bikes serviced at many shops over the years, spanning different cities and countries, and I have never received an itemised list of tasks in the summary. It's a brilliant way to communicate the work undertaken on a bike during the service.

Suggest posting business hours operation outside. I showed up for pick-up on Monday at 10:00 AM and waited until 10:30. Checked business hours when I got home to see Monday closure.
