I buy all my parts and accessories from the friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff in Kerrisdale. They really want you to be confident in your purchases. And if they don’t have the part on hand, they get it in quick and inform you right away.
Randy and Andrew helped me an were very knowledgeable and helpful with guiding me to install a replacement cadence magnet. Great guys and West Point had the part I needed in stock!
My experience was once again with Lauren and not enough can be said of her knowledge and integrity. She didn’t try to sell me another high end pedal which albeit much lighter, it would have high tension for clipping in and out which has been my problem. Everyone in the shop works together to give you the best information and experience. I come from north burnaby to this shop because of this kind of problem solving and service that’s second to none!! My 10-year-old Gen 1 Wahoo Kickr trainer had started cutting out and behaving inconsistently for a while. I researched possible fixes and followed all the recommended steps, but the issues persisted. I decided it was time for a new one.
Without hesitation, I contacted West Point Cycles on Main Street via email. Marc responded quickly and efficiently, explaining that he would need to bring one in and could have it ready for me in two days. The next day, I messaged him again after realizing the most current Kickr model was Version 6, and asked him to confirm that the one he was ordering met that requirement. He replied right away, confirming it was indeed Version 6 and that it would be in stock for me to pick up on Friday.
I came by on Saturday and met with Fiona. She is always knowledgeable and eager to help. Her energy, expertise, and engagement — as always — were 100% satisfying! The same goes for Ben and every staff member at that store. Five stars, every single time. Wow!
