When I walk in and ask for parts, help, advice on my bike, the staff has always made me feel welcome and "cool". I feel like I'm part of the biking community, and they always understand what I need, when I don't. Plus, they're prices are great and I often get better deals here than online.
While looking for stems for my bike, I wasn't clear on what length I needed and a staff member gave me to order stems, and told me to try them out and see what worked best. I used them for a month, and came back to get the length I needed. It's this kind of thing that keeps me coming back - a customer first culture that helps me enjoy cycling.
