Great service. Very friendly atmosphere.
It feels like an honest place where you'd get good service. I'd like to make it my local goto bike shop. Haven't tried the service side yet though, I've mostly bought sports nutrition to this point. The person at the service desk was very friendly and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Looks like there are a ton of new trek bikes soon to be unboxed.....exciting!

I so appreciate the staff and the services offered. I purchased my 2 Trek bikes from them and have just had them serviced. The communication is great and they don't try and sell me options I don't need. It's a pleasure dealing with them.

Hand grips purchased were missing a part. On returning to the store this was rectified and the parts have now been fitted
