Timely delivery and personal service touches
Eddie researched where to find a part for to fix my son’s bike and fixed it at a very low cost. This is a part that other bike shops did not have and could not source great service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

The folks at West Point Cycles Main Street are fabulous. They are extremely friendly and helpful and go out of their way to assist you with whatever your cycling need. They are my go-to cycling shop in Vancouver!
I was able to get a product rarely stocked anywhere else. And also got two good technical bits of advice from a friendly mechanic.
Staff who know their products and what to recommend when you seek their thoughts.
When they can, they will come ask what they can help you with. Most times though they are almost always occupied with another customer with one or two waiting around.
