I was even let inside the store before it opened and was quickly informed via a text message when my bike was ready for pick up. I’m a woman and I find that it can be hard to get my road bike serviced without being condescended to. Marc (?) was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my bike, explained pros and cons of replacement part options so that I could make an informed decision, and treated me like a person. Estimated turn around time was clearly communicated, and the timeline was met.
